I haven't been posting because of drama, but I'm still doing the yoga. I am doing it earlier in the day now to help ease my stiffness at work.

Day 12
Because of the issues with my phone, I was at the t-mobile store last night. I did the yoga but forgot to post.
Today I did it again. I may be on a roll.
I'm tired tonight, so I'm going to bed now. Hopefully I get enough sleep that I don't feel exhausted tomorrow.
It may just be the stress at home that causes me to be so tired all the time.

Day 10
I'm still exhausted, and I got light headed during the personal training today. I also felt rather ill when hubby and I walked around the mall while the kids were in Tae Kwon Do.
I hope I'm not sick, as I'm on the sheet to donate blood tomorrow, my 44th birthday. Every time I've tried over the last year, my iron has been too low, but I've been taking extra iron off and on for the last year. My iron wasn't dangerously low, just a tad low according to the doctor who does my yearly female checks.
I'm going to bed a bit early because I am tired.
Day 9
I'm having phone issues, so posting from my phone may be problematic tonight. If I can't do it, I'll either post by computer, or when I get to work the next morning like today.

Day 8
I added a few more poses tonight, cat, cow, down puppy. I moved up to a 15 count.
I spent a lot of time stiff today, but I got dehydrated, so that may be why. Hubby got a sunburn, but I didn't.

Day 7
I almost didn't do it tonight, but I thought I should go ahead and finish the week out. Day 7 is in the books it's late and I'm tired but we're there.
Last night I ended up with almost 10 hours of sleep. I fell asleep around 8:30 didn't get up until 5:30. I was less tired today.
We saw the Avengers movie tonight for my birthday. I liked it overall, though I saw a couple of reviews complaining about the number of characters.
