Tuesday I started with trying to increase my water intake from 64 oz. back to 128. I also started with squats every time I go to the bathroom. I've been drinking a green smoothie for breakfast for about 3 weeks and my mid-morning snack is 1/2 cup plain yogurt with 1/2 cup blueberries and 1 tbsp of honey.

What I need is to cut out more of the crap and start exercising 4-5x a week for 25 - 30 minutes. I start back with exercising today.

Dinner tonight is an omelet and bacon. Tomorrow is homemade pizza. I can do this even with the sugar craving. I've done it before.
