April 19, sleep

I fell asleep tonight when cleaning out my emails, so I'm headed to bed.

1) More than 3 liters of water
2) 15 minutes on the treadmill @ 3.3 mph
3) Food was good.

All in all, not a bad day, but staying on track was tough.
