Stay gold, Ponyboy

Instead of indulging on my cravings, I went down to use the treadmill. Also did a few TKD punches. Food today will be spelled out for me.

Breakfast oatmeal with 1 tsp brown sugar. I forgot my oj I'll have that tonight. Coffee w/coffeemate

Snack 1 c milk, 1 c strawberries as a smoothie

Lunch 1 oz turkey on 2 light bread, mustard, med apple

Snack: salad w/2 tbsp reduced fat dressing

Sugar free gum as needed
Water
