Day 16 - Lunch and Exercise

Couldn't finish all of the chicken in my salad so its in the fridge to add to tonights meal. Exercise is done for the day - 25 minutes total.

Having a cup of Earl Grey tea with sun crystals (stevia sweetener) to get through the toughest part of the day.
