Day 30 - Monday

Wow. I can't believe I've been at this for 30 days. So far it's not getting much easier. Hopefully, by April it will since that's my next big challenge. My daughters birthday. But I'm doing this so I'll be around for her 30th birthday.

Breakfast was a bit light this morning. I forgot I was so low on egg substitute. I had less than 1/4 cup.

Breakfast egg subs on light bread. A small banana and milk.
Chicken on a pita for lunch with yogurt
Snacks 10 almonds and pb on graham cracker.

Off to work early for some unknown reason. Justin asked if I was ready about 10 mins early. Laterness
