Day 17 - Procrastination, Settling for Less and Other Thoughts

Dinner was the same as last night, whole wheat spaghetti with veggies and chicken
Snack was pb on graham crackers

*edit I cut a lot of other stuff out because I'm done focusing on the negative.

Gonna need lots of coffee tomorrow since I need to go to work an hour early.  Fun times.
